fantastic family vacation

excellent hospitality warm waters turtle release

This resort was selected for our extended family vacation, and we stayed two nights. i found the hospitality excellent, particularly the chefs' friendliness (they came out to chat). because we were a large group, they accommodated our dietary needs. saturday night featured a special variety of local foods and malaysian games. It was a nice experience. the beach is clean and private, with warm waters perfect for swimming. i liked that the turtle education center was informative. We saw around 90 hatchlings released.

Saturday night included a special evening variety of local foods to sample. Several malaysian games were available. i really enjoyed the experience to taste and discover local cuisine. the chefs were friendly and happy to discuss the dishes.

I noticed the staff worked hard to accommodate guests. They were also willing to listen to feedback. most of them are locals who were warm, friendly, and attentive to requests. the chefs were very friendly.

the resort features a turtle education center with a devoted team of volunteers. i watched the exciting turtle release and even adopted a nest (i now follow its progress). facilities are good, but the buildings are aging.

Very nice Experience at a Malay Beachside Resort

spacious room large veranda well-equipped gym international food

The Serambi rooms were spacious with a large veranda. It overlooked the beautiful beach. The beach offered family and adults-only pools. The well-equipped gym contained all the equipment needed. The three restaurants served an excellent variety of Malay and international foods. The resort also offered special themed nights with market dinners and beach canapés.

The soundproofing in the room was not ideal. I could clearly hear voices from guests upstairs. This was a minor inconvenience, though.

The rooms featured air conditioning and comfortable beds. Each room included a minibar and complimentary toiletries. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Rooms also provided a balcony with outdoor seating.

The resort included three swimming pools. One pool was designated for adults only. A fitness center with treadmills and weights was available. The spa offered various treatments including massages and facials. There was also a tennis court.

Staff greeted guests warmly upon arrival. They provided assistance with luggage and check-in. Daily housekeeping maintained the rooms clean and well-organized. Staff quickly addressed any requests.
